Have you ever seen pistons before? With proper hydraulic designs these mechanisms can eject the crankshaft at a surprising speed. Attach a giant rock onto the crankshaft and you'll get a dangerous device, but if you get two pistons facing each other, both repeatedly pushing a giant slab of metal in synchronised motion, and flattening whatever happens to be between them...then you have the Saniflow Macerator.
