You decrease the resting period after a watch. (Therefore after going on watch, then waiting one day, then going on watch gives you the same chances, for a guardian it is 99%-> 94% ->99%).

• Changes in Season 13:
  • The hero power that you unlock after 1000 days (pro watchman) does not give an additional 5% safety on watch but it reduces the penalty on successive watches.
