Contrary to the description, Manipulator doesn't actually allow you to delete Registers Register entries, instead it obscures them leaving clear evidence of the tampering. Can be used 2 times in a single game, or 4 once Treachery Treachery is unlocked. Zone registers in the World Beyond World Beyond cannot be tampered with, a well-placed « Pine Fresh » Smoke Bomb « Pine Fresh » Smoke Bomb can aid you in this task instead.

On use: You have discretely tampered with an entry in the register... You can do this 1 more time.
