Effect

• You will not be able to perform any -consuming actions.
• Scout and Scavenger Heroes will not see information about adjacent zones while Exhausted Exhausted.
• You will not be able to use weapons that can break.
• You will not be able to go into the World Beyond.

Removal

• Eat Food
• Drink a Water Ration Water Ration
• Have a bottle of Alcohol
• Take Drugs
• Use the EMS System EMS System (charged)
• Win at Dice Dice or the Incomplete Deck of Cards Incomplete Deck of Cards
• Survive midnight either in Town or Camping
• Have a siesta (Heroes only)
• A Ghoul Ghoul may consume a Citizen Citizen.
