That which has transpired takes no turn. And so, we will vanish into the darkness and fade away but utterly until naught but silence remains.
No more will our voices be heard; another light goes out in civilisation. No more merriment, nary a laugh... naught but silence remains.
No more sadness, no more joy, an end to our folly, pride births shame, a long walk into the desert until none remembers our name.
We fought, we struggled and more until lifeless hands tore us asunder. We are now gone, we are no one, none remembers our name.

Forty souls stood valiantly against the undead thousand. Think not poorly of us, but gently breathe our names.
It is with joy that I put down this pen for from it, hope springs anew in you, my unknown friend because now, you know us too...
