Dear Diary

Dear diary,
The weirdest thing happened today. I think I've already written about the day Daddy went outside and when he came back he was all green and Mommy put him in the cellar with chain around his neck, didn't I?
Well, from that day on he never spoke to me or Mommy and he was always screaming and making weird sounds and pulling at his chains to get free. I want to get his chains off sometimes, but I don't because Mommy says I can't. So, today I was doing like Mommy does sometimes. Sometimes she goes to see him and she talks to him and all he does is scream back. So, sometimes I do the same thing. I tell Daddy what Mommy thought me today or I tell him about what I found in the desert...

So, I was doing it today too. I was just telling him that I had found out that Ness-Quick can not only kill weeds but that it works on buildings covered with sand too, and then I realised why Daddy didn't talk normally. You know how it can be hard to talk if your mouth is dry?
Well, I think Daddy has a severe case of mouthdryness, so to make him better again, I went to the well and I took some water (there was just enough to fill a water ration) and then I wanted to give it to Daddy, but then I realised Mommy told me not to take of his chains and so I poured it in his mouth and then Daddy was screaming even more than before and the water was litterally going through his body like it was acid or something.

And now everybody's mad at me, for taking water they said I didn't need, and mad at Mommy because they said it she was doing something irresponsible and she said it was still her husband after all and now the Sherrif wanted was looking for a rusty chain or something, so he could take care of the situation and I don't get what happened and nobody listens to me and now Mommy is crying and saying goodbye but I don't think we're going on holiday so I don't get what's going on...
Dear diary, could you please remember me to ask Mommy what this is all about? Thank you. But now I have to sleep, because otherwise I'll be very tired tommorrow.
Good night, my dear diary.
